MACIA members come from all across the state of Minnesota. We currently have 70 members working at many levels of law enforcement. Our members include: analysts, crime prevention officers, command staff, probation officers, Department of Corrections, Federal agencies, MN National Guard Counterdrug Operations and many others. All are interested in or perform some form of analysis in their jobs.
At this time membership is limited to those employed by a law enforcement agency or public safety department due to the sensitive and, at times, confidential nature of information shared between our members. Our sponsored trainings and conferences are open for others in the field to attend. MACIA membership also includes membership in the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA). IACA
